Angela Sellers

Angela focuses her practice on estate and trust administration, estate planning, and estate and trust litigation. Angela is devoted to supporting clients in navigating the probate process after the death of a loved one. She meticulously drafts estate plans to carry out the wishes of her clients which may include creating a last will and testament, durable power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney, living will, transfer on death designation affidavit, or trust, when necessary. Angela aims to assist clients in litigating probate issues that arise, including will contests and trust disputes.

Angela was admitted to practice law in 2024 but began working at Maguire Schneckenburger Legal Group in August of 2020. As a law clerk, she gained invaluable experience that helped her build the background necessary to thrive as an attorney.

Prior to attending law school, Angela served with the Peace Corps in the Republic of Moldova, teaching English to speakers of other languages. After returning home from the Peace Corps, Angela moved to Akron where she now resides with her husband and young daughter. In her free time Angela enjoys hiking through the Cuyahoga Valley National Park with her dog, Ash, and traveling with her family.
