Mackenzie Yuhaniak

Mackenzie focuses her practice on elder law areas such as Medicaid crisis planning, Medicaid asset protection planning, guardianship, and estate planning. Mackenzie is passionate about helping clients protect their hard-earned assets for their loved ones. Her hands-on approach helps clients navigate what can be the most stressful time in families’ lives.

Mackenzie graduated from the University of Akron School of Law with a dual-degree JD/MBA and was admitted to practice law in 2024. She joined Maguire Schneckenburger Legal Group in the fall of 2025.

Prior to attending law school, Mackenzie graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Marketing. Mackenzie resides in Canton with her husband, Brandon, and two goldendoodles, Frannie and Molly. In her free time, she enjoys being with friends and family and walking her dogs.
